Nothing I have ever made on the show has made me more obsessed than what I’m about to share with you today. The Dubai Chocolate bar has overtaken my timeline. I see it everywhere and to be honest, as an aging man with a developing sweet tooth and an obsession with texture, this thing is the thing of dreams for me.
But I ain’t dumb, I ain’t paying 75 dollars for one of these things which is what one can go for.

Based on those videos you might think you could just melt chocolate down, pour it into a mold and boom you’ve got a chocolate bar. But this is not so. This lacks all the characteristics of good quality chocolate, which are smooth, glossy and snappy. Learn to do this and you can make great chocolate bars and it surprised me how much fun I had making them (and I’ve made a lot of them). And the filling is nothing short of magical. This chocolate has taken over my thoughts for weeks, I think about it all day and look forward to the moment at night when I can take 4 bites of it and save some for the next day.
