The winds of winter are finally behind us and smell spring is in the air, farmers markets popping up, flowers blossoming and all of that triggers a vibe shift in how I cook.
Gone are the rich, heavy stews and pastas that kept you cozy all winter.
And in with lighter, fresher meals, and for me, a lot of seafood.
So to celebrate the death of winter and the birth of spring, we’re making a banger. Homemade gnocchi, soft and pillowy, drenched in a lobster limone sauce that’s buttery, lemony, and creamy in all the right ways. This is Lobster Gnocchi Limone.
